Summary

Requiring certain law enforcement agencies to require, on or before certain dates, the use of body-worn cameras by certain law enforcement officers, subject to certain policies; and requiring certain law enforcement agencies to issue body-worn cameras to law enforcement officers who are required to use body-worn cameras.
