Summary

Establishing the Task Force on Common Ownership Communities to study the education and training needs of common ownership community boards and new and prospective owners of homes and dwelling units in common ownership communities; and requiring the Task Force to submit a final report of its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before December 31, 2024.
