Summary

Clarifying that the Maryland Transportation Authority may refer a delinquent account for unpaid video tolls to the Central Collection Unit; authorizing the Authority to recall certain delinquent accounts from the Central Collection Unit and waive unpaid tolls and associated penalties; and prohibiting the Central Collection Unit from collecting a delinquent account that is recalled by the Authority.
