Summary

Establishing the Commission on Services for Formerly Incarcerated Women overseen by the Governor's Office of Crime Prevention, Youth, and Victim Services to create a comprehensive plan for services for formerly incarcerated women; requiring the Commission to study the challenges faced by formerly incarcerated women, identify existing services and service gaps, and report its findings to the Governor and General Assembly by June 30, 2025; and establishing the Pilot Program for Formerly Incarcerated Women.
