Summary

Requiring a local law enforcement agency to send written notification within 30 days to the local governing body of the county or municipal corporation in which the local law enforcement agency is located on the initiation of the operation of electronic surveillance equipment; requiring each local law enforcement agency that operates electronic surveillance equipment to submit a comprehensive report on the operation of the equipment on or before January 31 annually to specified local governing body or municipal corporation; etc.
