Summary

Continuing the State Real Estate Commission in accordance with the provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act (sunset law) by extending the termination provisions relating to statutory and regulatory authority of the Commission to July 1, 2022; requiring the Commission to include information related to Real Estate Guaranty Fund awards in an annual report; increasing the amount that a person may recover for each claim against the Fund to $50,000; prohibiting a specified settlement from including a specified provision; etc.
