Summary

Authorizing, in Baltimore County, a property owner to request an adjustment to a sewer service charge if there is a water leak in the interior plumbing of the property; requiring the property owner to submit a receipt from a licensed plumber verifying the water leak in the interior plumbing of the property and any other information required by Baltimore County; and prohibiting a property owner from receiving an adjustment to a sewer service charge more than once every 3 years.
