Summary

Prohibiting an owner, employee, or operator of a tattoo facility from allowing a minor to receive a tattoo unless the minor's parent or legal guardian provides written consent in a specified manner; requiring an owner, employee, or operator of a tattoo facility to require specified documentation before allowing an individual to receive a tattoo; authorizing the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to impose specified penalties and adopt specified regulations; providing for the construction of the Act; etc.
