Summary

Requiring a contract for the sale of residential real property located within 0.5 miles of a site listed on the Superfund Enterprise Management System to contain a notice signed by the homeowner of the proximity of the property to the Superfund site to be initialed by the buyer; and establishing that a contract may not be voided because the contract did not contain notice of the proximity of the property to a Superfund site or was not initialed by the buyer.
