Summary

Establishing that certain exemptions from and reductions of the school facilities surcharge on certain residential construction in Prince George's County do not apply unless at least 20% of the construction is designated as affordable housing for residents whose income does not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income for Prince George's County established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; and extending the termination date of certain provisions of the law to September 30, 2021.
