Summary

Prohibiting in the area of Park Heights in Baltimore City persons under the age of 18 years from entering or being present on Class A (off-sale) licensed premises unless accompanied by a person who is at least 21 years old; prohibiting a Class A (off-sale) license holder or an agent or employee from allowing a person under the age of 18 years to enter or be present on the licensed premises unless accompanied by a person at least 21 years old; and establishing penalties for a violation of the Act.
