Summary

Authorizing the Town of Forest Heights to place and use speed monitoring systems on Maryland Route 210 (Indian Head Highway) between the Interstate 95/495 interchange and the intersection of Kerby Hill Road and Livingston Road in Prince George's County; and authorizing the Town of Forest Heights, after a certain allocation of funds collected as a result of the speed monitoring systems, to use the balance of funds for public safety purposes, highway improvements, and traffic-calming measures in Forest Heights.
