Making it a misdemeanor to knowingly and willfully make a threat, or conspire to make a threat, to take the life of, kidnap, or cause physical injury to a law enforcement officer; imposing penalties for violation of the Act of imprisonment not to exceed 3 years or a maximum fine of $2,500 or both.
