Summary

Requiring the owner or custodian of an animal that is removed from a place because of mistreatment to complete an administrative remedy offered by a local animal control agency or humane society officer; authorizing the officer to petition the District Court for a specified disposition of the animal; authorizing the seizure and removal of an animal from specified property or impoundment on the property if there is probable cause to believe the animal is being mistreated; etc.
