Requiring a State inspector to make periodic annual inspections of elevator units in any building used primarily for public religious worship that has a single level platform lift or stairway chair lift; and altering a requirement that third-party qualified elevator inspectors be hired to conduct specified periodic annual inspections required by the Safety Code.
