Summary

Prohibiting a person under the age of 50 years from committing or attempting to commit robbery if the victim is an individual over the age of 62 years; establishing penalties for a violation of the Act; and providing that a sentence imposed under the Act shall be consecutive to and not concurrent with a specified other sentence.
