Summary

Requiring the Board of License Commissioners for Montgomery County to inspect all premises for which the Board issues a license at least quarterly during the initial license year and periodically thereafter; providing for certain exceptions; and repealing provisions of law requiring monthly inspections during the initial license year and requiring holders of certain licenses to submit to the Board during the initial license year certain monthly statements of gross receipts from the sale of food and alcoholic beverages.
