Requiring each county to establish a specified marijuana diversion program; providing that a specified person who is charged with a violation of a specified provision of law prohibiting the use or possession of marijuana is eligible for the program; requiring a State's Attorney to offer to dismiss a specified charge by entering a nolle prosequi with a specified requirement or move that the court indefinitely postpone trial of the charge by marking the charge stet with a specified requirement under specified circumstances; etc.
