Summary

Prohibiting the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene from imposing a specified application fee for a youth camp certificate or letter of compliance that is greater than a fee imposed by the Secretary prior to the publication of a specified fee in the Maryland Register on specified dates; and prohibiting a regulation that increases an application fee for a letter of compliance from taking effect until the General Assembly approves the increase through legislation enacted into law.
