Summary

Authorizing a county or municipality to establish, by local law, an emergency medical response unit that travels by motorcycle to assist with emergencies within the boundaries of the county or municipality; providing that the local law shall require a member of a certain unit to possess certain licenses or certifications; requiring the State Emergency Medical Services Board to establish policies and procedures for the operation of a certain unit; etc.
