Summary

Prohibiting a food product that contains or consists of ingredients of which more than 1% are genetically engineered ingredients from being sold in the State under specified circumstances; requiring the labeling for a specified food product to include a specified statement; authorizing the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene, in addition to other specified penalties, to seize or condemn any food product that is sold in violation of the Act; etc.
