Authorizing the Department of Natural Resources to disclose specified information relating to the owner of a registered vessel to a specified dealer if requested for a specified purpose; limiting the information that the Department may disclose to a specified dealer; authorizing the Department to impose a fee not to exceed $150 for providing specified information; requiring the Department to provide specified information via electronic means; and prohibiting the Department from providing specified information in printed hard copy.
