Summary

Requiring the Department of Human Services, in consultation with the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation and certain organizations, to review certain child support laws and policies, study certain child support best practices, and recommend certain statutory and policy changes; and requiring the Department of Human Services to report its findings and recommendations to certain committees of the General Assembly on or before December 1, 2019.
