Summary

Altering the hours during which a minor holder of a provisional driver's license may drive unsupervised; modifying a license restriction that prohibits a minor holder of a provisional driver's license from driving a motor vehicle carrying specified passengers under specified circumstances; and repealing specified provisions requiring that restrictions on a minor holder of a provisional driver's license related to passengers and the use of wireless communication devices be enforced as a secondary action.
