Summary

Altering a provision of law so as to require specified employees of the Town of Sykesville to receive service credit in the Employees' Pension System of the State of Maryland equal to at least 75% of the employees' prior service with the Town of Sykesville; and requiring the Town of Sykesville to submit specified information to the Board of Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System under specified circumstances.
