Summary

Requiring the statewide voter registration application to provide an applicant with the opportunity to elect to be required to present specified identification to establish the individual's identity when the individual seeks to vote; requiring an election judge to qualify a specified voter by requiring the voter to present a specified form of identification; requiring an election judge to refer for provisioonal ballot voting a specified individual who is unable to present a specified form of identification; etc.
