Summary

Requiring that specified appropriations for fishery management purposes be allocated equitably between the recreational and commercial fisheries, except for any appropriation made for aquaculture; repealing specified annual surcharges for tidal fish license authorizations for oysters and striped bass; requiring the Department of Natural Resources, in consultation with specified entities, to adopt regulations establishing annual surcharges on clam, crab, oyster, and striped bass license authorizations; etc.
