Summary

Requiring an equity court to consider certain factors, including the amount of personal time spent between the grandparent and the child before the filing of a petition, whether child wants to have visitation with the grandparent and whether the grandparent was unduly denied visitation by the child's parent, when determining whether it is in the best interest of a child to grant visitation rights to a grandparent.
