Summary
Providing that a civil action for specified damages may be brought against an alcoholic beverages licensee or the licensee's employee under specified circumstances for selling or furnishing alcoholic beverages to an individual who is under the age of 21 years or visibly under the influence of alcoholic beverages and who negligently drives or attempts to drive a motor vehicle after consuming the alcoholic beverages; etc.
