Summary

Prohibiting the Secretary of Budget and Management from including a benefit for in vitro fertilization in the State Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Program; requiring the Secretary to use the savings from the elimination of the in vitro fertilization benefit to support a benefit for autism spectrum disorder; and requiring the Secretary to consult with the Maryland Health Care Commission in developing the benefit for autism spectrum disorder.
