Summary

Authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City to grant, by law, a property tax credit against the county property tax on specified dwellings if the occupant of the dwelling uses specified recycling bins; authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City to provide by law for the provisions of the tax credit; applying the Act to tax years beginning after June 30, 2010.
