An Act relative to the punishment for sale and storage of
fireworks.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Section 39 of chapter 148 of the Massachusetts General Laws appearing in the 2004 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking the words �one thousand dollars� in line 18, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- two thousand dollars.
SECTION 2. Section 45 of chapter 148 of the Massachusetts General Laws appearing in the 2004 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking the words �five hundred dollars� and inserting in place thereof the following:- one thousand dollars.
