An Act governing removal of certain occupants to clients of the
Department of Social Services.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Section 17A of chapter 186 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 official edition, is hereby amended by striking out in line 4 the words �of mental health�.
SECTION 2:� Subsection (a) of said section 17A of chapter 186, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-
��As used in this section, �department� shall mean the department of Mental Health, Social Services or Transitional Assistance�.
