An Act Relative to Mandatory Prescription Drug Coverage.

��������������� Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 1. �Section 1 of chapter 111L, as added by section 12 of chapter 58 of the acts of 2006, is hereby amended by inserting at the end of the definition of the term �Creditable coverage�� the following words:-

�Minimum creditable coverage, as defined by the board under the authority granted herein, shall not require, in the case of individuals subject to section 2 of chapter 58 of the acts of 2006, coverage for prescription drugs.��
