An Act Providing for a Fair Judgment Interest Rate for Medical Malpractice Actions.

��������������� Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

����������� SECTION 1. Chapter 231: Section 60K of the general laws as appearing in the 2006 official edition is hereby amended in line 14 by striking the following language:- �plus 4 per cent�.
