An Act requiring equal benefits for all new mothers.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 105D of chapter 149 of the 2004 Official Edition of the general laws is hereby amended by adding after the word �leave.�, in line 13, the following language:-
�An employee on maternity leave for the adoption of a child shall be entitled to the same benefits offered by her employer as an employee on maternity leave for the birth of a child.�
