An Act Relative to Coverage Under the Massachusetts Property
Insurance Underwriting Association.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Section 1 of Chapter 175C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 11 after the word �coverages� the following: including liability coverages for one (1) to four (4) family owner and non-owner occupied dwellings either by endorsement or as a stand-alone policy.
