An Act relative to memorials located on Department of Conservation
and� Recreation property.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. � Section 33 of chapter 92 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the third paragraph the following paragraph:-
����������� The department shall maintain all memorials located on its reservations, parks and recreational areas.
