An Act relative to voting list access.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Section 55 of Chapter 51 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 18 by inserting after the word �years� the following words:- �and shall remain available in off-election years.�
SECTION 2. Section 55 of said chapter 51, as so appearing, is hereby further amended in line 19 by striking the word �they� and inserting in place thereof: - no more than two copies of such lists
