An Act enhancing the health of students.

��������������� Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

����������� Chapter 76 of the General Laws is hereby amended in Section 15D by adding the following at the end thereof: �The department shall develop a plan to ensure the availability of the vaccine for the purposes of this section, and shall promulgate any necessary regulations to carry out said plan.�
