An Act relative to the service of civil process.

��������������� Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 92 of chapter 41 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in line 13, the words �two thousand, five hundred�, and inserting in place thereof the following words:-

��twenty-five thousand�

SECTION 2. Said section 92 of said chapter 41 is hereby further amended by striking, in lines 14 and 15, the words �two thousand, five hundred�, and inserting in place thereof the following words:-

�twenty-five thousand�
