An Act promoting gender equity.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Section 53 of Chapter 272 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the words �of the opposite sex� and inserting in place thereof the following words:- �in a sexual manner�.
Section 2. Section 1 of Chapter 123A of the General Laws is hereby amended in line 71 by striking the words �of the opposite sex� and inserting in place thereof the following words:- �in a sexual manner�.
