An Act relative to small claims procedures.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 21 of Chapter 218 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 official edition, is hereby amended in line 35 by striking out the following words:- “two thousand dollars” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “seven thousand dollars”
