An Act relative to probate court procedures.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 30B of Chapter 215 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:-
Notwithstanding the foregoing the form contemplated by this section may be served either by the petitioner or petitioner’s attorney, and the return of service may be made by either the petitioner or the petitioner’s attorney.
