An Act requiring a statement of reasons to accompany the denial or dismissal of any motion on activity entered in the Appeals or Supreme Judicial Court.



��������������� Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. C. 211, Sec. 8 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by inserting at the end of that section:� �The denial or dismissal of any motion or activity entered in the Appeals Court.�
