An Act relative to the unsealing of records.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 100A of chapter 276 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word �court�, in line 69, the following words:- a victim wishing to obtain information on a sex offense, as defined in section 178C of chapter 6, committed against them when said victim was a juvenile at the time of the offense committed by an offender who was an adult at such time.�����
