An Act Relative to the lease of land by the Town of Shirley from
the Department of Corrections.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1.� Chapter 287 of the Acts of 2008 is hereby amended in the second sentence of Section 1 by striking the word �passive�.
