An Act encouraging deleading of residential units.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (e) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in line 65, the word �one� and inserting in place thereof the following word: - �two�.
Section 2. Said subsection (e) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking, in line 75, the word �five� and inserting in place thereof the following word: - �fifteen�.
