An Act to Increase the Local Excise Tax for Lodging.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3A of Chapter 64G of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 5 by striking out the words �four per cent� and inserting in place thereof the following : �five per cent�.
SECTION 2. Section 3A of Chapter 64G of the General Laws is hereby amended in line 10 by striking out the number and words �4.5 per cent� and inserting in place thereof the following: �five and one-half per cent.� �����������
