An Act to increase the real estate tax abatement for senior
citizens.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Section 5 of Chapter 59 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 1996 Official Edition, is amended in line 743 by striking out the word �five hundred� and inserting in place thereof the words �seven hundred fifty�.
