An Act to increase the real estate tax abatement for senior citizens.

                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

            SECTION 1.  Section 5 of Chapter 59 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 1996 Official Edition, is amended in line 743 by striking out the word “five hundred” and inserting in place thereof the words “seven hundred fifty”.
